Provided by YP.comJust purchased a Yamaha Wave Runner from these guys. Deanna rocks the whole sales experience - enthusiastic, respectful, and SO knowledgeable!! Jay, Jill and Jordan completed the process to make the purchase a dream come true for us. This is how you conduct business!!! Thanks!!! Will go back again and again...

Provided by YP.comThey won't service their own brands if it's over 10 yrs old. Not impressed. If you sell it you should service it.

Provided by YP.comDon't know what the boat guy could be talking about bc we have purchased three units from this store and each time dealt with different people and each time been treated fairly and professionally. Service guy even showed us a way to reduce service costs in the future. We dropped our older seafood off this past week to prepare then engine for the winter bc they had the best price after we called around-even better than those sketchy guys that drive around in their trucks, I don't buy my meat from a guy in a truck that not licensed and bonded I sure as heck won't allow them to touch ,y expensive machines! Anyways, if something goes wrong, where are you going to go to find them? Their shed in the back yard or garage? Stick with a large dealership and you will get factory trained and backed by a local dealer who has an owner on site. Good job Alcoa ! Keep up the great presence !
