      No customer service from agent Marcus Montier. We had a pipe break in our kitchen, filed a claim over the weekend, and Marcus Montier NEVER contacted us. We had only one communication with the office, and that was one email from the office manager. We want insurance with an insurance agent, not an insurance office manager. We are switching.
