      The landscape is beautiful, but the service is lousy. Unreturned phone calls, ignoring warranty work, making promises they can not keep, setting appointments then missing them repeatedly and with no communication. This business does not have the capacity to be consumer-friendly, customer-service-oriented, or honest.
