These folks really know what they're doing. I just took up skiing after a 15-year hiatus and brought in a new pair of boots into Boot Pro to have them heat fitted. Starting with the foot bed and working their way up, they made my boots fit so perfectly I didn't want to take them off at the end of the day--I'm not kidding. My skiing performance skyrocketed, okay, not really SKY-rocketed, but my ability improved immensely after one visit to Boot Pro. I highly recommended this shop. Plus, the owner is really great AND--BONUS (!) while you're waiting, there's a great little bakery two doors down...
