I went to Kraemer for my second pregnancy and the service I received from the front staff was just horrible. I liked Kraemer so I just wanted to discuss it with him. But, he never returned my calls. I called three times and they would not let me speak with him. I was told he would return call and never did. So I assumed i'm not important enough so I took my business else where. Pregnancy is difficult enough then to be treated like crap from your doctor just isn't worth it.
