I needed a simple task. My belt was loose and needed additional notches to be punched. Tony did it in 5 to 10 seconds while I waited and didn't charge me anything. I would definitely come back if I needed actual shoe or leather goods repair.

this place sucks! they told my wife to call later in the week for her shoes even though she told them a week before she needed them by a certain date. she called and called only to go to the store and find that they closed down for vacation.. she then had to go out and get a new pair of boots which she was trying to avoid in the first place. when the store opened she returned and told the owners of the store that she felt she shouldn't pay for the service because they didn't hold up to their end of the deal. they in turn cursed at her and told her to take the shoes and leave the store!!! they never gave notice to anyone that they were leaving for vacation and my wife had explained that she needed these shoe repaired by a certain day and they promised! never ever go here!!! ever!!!
