If problems arise with their services they do not take appropriate action to resolve/address the issue. Management is more concerned with standing by their product then dealing with the negative outcomes.

my husband gave me a gift certificate to spa 4109 and i spent the entire day. it certainly is "surprisingly different" in the best way. tons of services and products to please even the pickiest girl like me. i was treated like a queen. thank you spa 4109!!!

Wow...this is a place to visit while you are in Lynchburg. I cannot get over what a great store this is. I love the clothing and then the spa in the lower level. I cannot believe it. I had a facial by Joellen and it was the best facial I ever had. Walked out with two cute Michael Stars teeshirts. A wonderful experience with friendly staff.

What a beautiful spa! We were in Lynchburg visiting our grandmother and stumbled upon this place SAKINAS. A womens clothing store with a day spa. The store is awesome. Love the clothes, decor and the heavenly spa. Lynchburg is so lucky to have this place to go to.

Cannot believe it when I walked into the "heavenly spa". The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful The decor makes you feel like you have stepped into another world...I cannot believe that this is in Lynchburg! Wow...lucky Lynchburg.
