Your loved one that has been assigned to this facility must be coherent enough to save their own life my mother had to share a room mind you she is bedridden written but has to share a small room with 3 other patients who are infected with various illnesses it is also confirmed by myself as long with my brother and sister that no one on one patient care is actively rendered with any consideration to the patient's needs the physical therapy is one willing oneself up to get away from a facility such as this and it is sad that so many millions are wasted on less than mediocre care

Poor customer service your telephone number is disconnected????
calling to get information over that phone is like pulling teeth. i have yet to get someone who is proactive. no one ever calls back with feed back even when they say they will call back. I hope they are better with their patients.

My family member was admitted for therapy but none was provided on a daily basis...The LVNs in charge of his care, lack the knowledge of his care and they had a no care attitude. Their social services are no help, when admitted they were suppose to start the process to transfer to a facility that would accept his insurance for PT, instead they let him lay in his bed for the 25 days that he was covered in their facility (for the money) and now expect him to be discharged home without any materials to aide in his care. Now he's a newly onset CVA patient that REQUIRES PT that NONE was even provided, yet they expect him to be able to go home? Also, they have contact isolation patients in the same room as other patients that are not infected and the staff don't even gown up. Washing hands? I have not seen one staff member wash their hands before and after each patient. Calling also is like pulling teeth. I should call the STATE on them for their lack of the basic nursing measures...smdh
