      our son has been a student at madison academy since kindergarten. i cannot praise "little madison academy" (age 3 - kindergarten) enough! it is a little piece of heaven for your little angel! elementary is very disciplined, organized, and has a feeling of "family." all the teachers and staff are christians and there is a daily chapel and bible class. our son is now in 7th grade. he has been taught to be self-reliant and responsible for his school work. the high school is in the 21st century with apple computers for all the teachers and all the 11th and 12th grade students. the elementary and high school are in the same building, but on seperate floors. the principals of the upper and lower schools have an open door policy. overall we give the school an a+!

      Madison Academy is a coeducational Christian-based private school located in Madison, AL. It is approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the National Christian School Association. Madison Academy offers academic programs to more than 800 students in pre-schoolthrough grade 12. Its curriculum includes Bible, English, math, science and social studies. It offers standard and advanced diplomas. Its fine arts department offers classes in band, drama, visual arts and chorus. Its athletic programs have won 15 state championships since 1998 in basketball, baseball, football, tennis andvolleyball. Its guidance center offers counseling and provides information about scholarships and has parent-teacher and friends associations.
