A cash register blinked out during my transaction. I was left to stand alone at the cash register for over 15 minutes. The cashier left and started operating another cash register. Finally, another associate came and re-booted the register. I was told that my transaction did not process and that my purchases would need to be re-rung. The short version of this saga is that I was double-charged on my debit card for the $79. Now, NINE DAYS later, after three visits to the store and multiple calls to the customer service associate, I still have not received a refund for the $79 double-charge. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which this has been handled. Plus, I am still out $79.00!
