Stopped by to have a few documents scanned, two hours later I left with only 2 of the twelve documents scanned properly. I had to drive to the FEDEX Office store on University to get the job done properly. It took only 2 minutes at the FEDEX store. The UPS personnel dont even know how to operate the equipment, and thier pc should be in the Smithsonian. I contacted the owners to let them know, they dont care, they wouldnt even refund my money. Go to FEDEX they got it together, unless you like wasting time and money
