Dealt with Paul Fuchs who was very helpful and straightforwward. We were able to negoiate a deal which made everyone happy. They stuck to their word and did not change any of the terms at signing or try overly hard to get us to buy an extended warrwanty (some dealers will do this). The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took 10 days to get the car. Part of that was due to the poor weather, but I feel the main reason is that they are a slightly smaller dealer then some of their competitors which means they have a smaller inventory. However, this does translate into better customer service, in the end our wait was worth it.

I bought 2012 Honda Pilot from Madison Honda last week, at the beginning I was a little concerned about buying a new car but Erik helped us to make the right decision, he is very honest and has sense of humor! The Service Center is friendly but expensive. I would not purchase a car through Madison Honda. The sales rep I met wasn't very accommodating.
