Commercial real estate attorney Chan Stroman is the principal of Landlord Counsel LLC. Landlord Counsel LLC, we take pride in providing cost-effective service to our clients. Our billing rates are significantly lower than those charged by attorneys with comparable or lesser experience and qualifications. We also create and update form lease documents, either standardized or customized to your specific needs. Construction and architect services documentation. We draft and negotiate contractor, design-build and architect agreements, and construction riders for leases. Property management agreements. We draft and negotiate contracts to engage vendors, consultants and property service providers. Communications access agreements. We draft and negotiate agreements with communications providers or licensees, whether for rooftop or in-building facilities.
