HORRIBLE! not only would they not book a graduation party [who turns down services for big groups!?] the waitress spilled 2 glasses of water -- 1 on a mom AND 1 on the graduates brand new camera! we had 2 waitresses for such a large party and both of them messed up orders/drinks! I ordered a martini and it did not come until half way through eating! One of the girls did apologize but blamed the bartender. A girl in our party has allergies to tomatoes and asked for none on the 1 of the salads, they brought all salads with tomatoes, another girl couldn't have mushrooms, gave her extra! its like they did not even listen to what we were saying when taking our orders. Allergies are also not a thing to mess around with depending how severe the allergy is! If your a restaurant in Madison you should really be prepared for big groups and the challenges that come with them. If your server's cannot handle it, I question the management and their hiring process?! I would highly not recommend!

And the reservation thing isn't just a holiday season restriction. They wouldn't book a wedding rehearsal group either if it fell on a Friday night earlier this year.

Frustrating that reservations are so restricted. Not on Friday nights. Not within 24 hours of when you want to book. Not for less than 8 people. Makes it very difficult to plan when on a bit of a schedule.
I like to thank the staff waiter nathan and the rest of the staff the food was wonderful and service was wonderful you know when the manager hires good staff as our sevice was great. Thanks again and we will look foward to come again. Mr. Brown
