Entering the store in Magnolia is like being in a Fellini movie... weird! I have never seen such a bunch of strange women in one place... rude too. They turned purchasing a knee brace into acquiring a controlled substance. I only wanted to replace one I had previously purchased years ago and had it with me. First I had to give them my insurance card, then I had to get my doctor to call in a "script" and then after that was required to make an appointment to get a "fitting." All of this is about milking the most money they can out of your insurance company. I pulled the plug on the transaction before the fitting part and ordered one on amazon and it was delivered in two days, less time than it would have taken them with all "their requirements" and cost me $40.00. There will be no next time with these people. Really nice show room but the vibe in there is flat out strange. They have a row of people sitting at desks but what they are doing, I can't figure out.
