First he told me an 8 month guarantee comes with all appliances that you pay asking price on, which is listed on the BBB page. My wife remarked "that's awesome the online thing said only 30 days" so he crossed it out and changed it to 30 Day telling me to initial next to the change, even though his company policy on his BBB profile says standard 8 month guarantee. It felt heavily implied that if I didn't initial next to the change then I wasn't going to get my fridge, where our fridge had just died I didn't have that many options if I wanted to save what was still good in my current fridge. My receipt says that delivery and removal of the old fridge is free For the total of 600 included with the fridge. The delivery guys were great, the doors in my house are kind of narrow so we had to take off the doors on my current fridge and the new one to get it in. Then put it back together once inside. It took about 3 hours from start to finish, sonny was calling them about every 15 minutes and making them stop so he could talk for like 5 minutes and waste time. When they left I saw he had called me so I called back to which he said "ya know we are gonna have to figure something out" I asked what he meant and he replied "I pay my guys 25 bucks an hour and this is not a standard delivery, so we are gonna have to come to a solution" I told him I couldnt afford to pay him more and I was told that it was free delivery and removal which was what was also on my signed agreement. So then he says "well the next time you are looking for appliances take your business elsewhere"

After seeing this review on the Google reviews page he called me and left me a voicemail threatening to sue me if I didn't remove the review, basically trying to scare me into silence.

We bought a washer and dryer here. The sales girl told us they come with everything except the hot water hose, and we were fine with that. Turns out they don't come with anything at all. Also, they were supposed to be delivered at noon. When they didn't show up we called and they said it would be between 1:00 and 1:30. We called again when they didn't show up again and were told they were having problems with the truck. Finally someone called us around 4:00 claiming they only just found out about the delivery, and they showed up around 4:30. Very unprofessional all around, and we were flat out lied to about the hoses. Next time we'll pay the extra money and buy new.

Do not ever buy from this place. I bought a washer for my daughter and was told they set it up to make sure it works, they didn't deliver on the day they said they would, after numerous phone calls to the office for a delivery time they never answered. It was suppose to be delivered on a Wednesday, someone called at 8:30 Tuesday night and wanted to deliver it then but my daughter thought that was a bit sketchy and was not home to take the delivery. They don't tell you that the washer doesn't come with hoses so for the frustration of the delivery they waived the $35.00 fee for the delivery but then had to go out and buy hoses and an extension for the drain hose, so there goes the $35.00 that was returned to me. Ended up with 2 major floods in my basement from where the drainage hose connects to the washer, they failed to tell us that the clamp was not on secure and tight on the hose. The owner pretty much told me I was a liar about the set up to make sure it works. We called the original guy that wanted to deliver on Tuesday and he explained he was drunk. I give this place a big FAT ZERO rating .

Would give ZERO stars if we could, We were delivered a broken fridge a day late, been trying for four days to get a loaner fridge, a repair and no one has shown up. Now they are dodging our phone calls. AVOID
