Mr. Troup regularly handles bankruptcy matters, primarily debtor Chapter 7 and 13 cases, with some creditor representation as well. Mr. Troup has extensive and varied appellate experience, having handled over 70 appeals in the Kansas Supreme Court and Kansas Court of Appeals, an appeal to the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, as well as three successful appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
