First used John's as second opinion as another company was quoting us almost $3,000 to replace an AC coil. John came in and let us know that what other company was stating was required by code was not correct. I was confused and called City of Mansfield to get the truth. John told the truth and got my work done for 1/3 of other company's quote. Very happy about that.Since then we've used John for routine maintenance and never been dissatisfied. We will continue to use him for years to come.
