The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Fare warning to any wedding party! My daughters wedding was on 10 3 2015 at 5 PM.

We did not receive our tent until 10 3 2015 at 11:00 am and was completely set up by 2pm!!!!!!! 130 guest to feed. we had 3 hours to decorate for that many and stage everything, bring in food etc. They were suppose to bring it a day before the wedding at 8-10am in the morning! never could get anyone to respond about no show on Saturday morning. I had to go to the facility to try and track someone down. The manger was rude and showed no empathy that I had miss on the wedding pictures with my daughter and I was her Matron of Honor!!!! I will never be able to replace those times,,,, She said she threw in walls to the tent as a courtesy. That's a joke, I demanded the driver go get them and I was not about to pay for anything else! It seems they want all money up front and could care less about the customers after that! the owner or manger never called me back! They will make you into a Bridezilla. Wedding parties fare warning, do not trust them to handle the most important day of your life!!!!!!

I rented an inflatable bounce house from a1 party rentals for my sons birthday party. The rental was set up that I picked it up Friday and returned it Monday. When we set up the bounce house Friday afternoon, we were never able to get it to fully inflate. I called multiple times and left at least 5 messages between Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon when my party started and NEVER got a response. I called again Monday and asked to speak to management. I told her what happened and was told to bring the bounce house back first and they would determine if it worked before doing anything. I told her they could should come pick it up as customer service and she they would charge me DOUBLE what I had previously been quoted for pick up of the machine. I told her I would not pay and wanted a refund and she hung up on me. Now I am reviewing this company to warn anyone who expects their rental to have some kind of customer service to not use this company.
