Massage Therapy Modalities: My Name is Sara Geraghty and I became a massage therapist after a 20 year career in Information Technology. First hand knowledge of the physical effects of computer use prompted me to look for methods of treating work place and repetitive strain injuries. This led to my passion for Massage Therapy. I combine Swedish & Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point techniques to address my clients' needs.
