They offer good service until you dispute services that you paid for and did not receive. We, per our contract, requested that our lawn be edged every week. So far this season (2011), they have cut the lawn twice, and the edging was only partially done the second time. A phone call was made to owner Bob Nadeau and he was extremely rude. He claimed he knew for a fact that the work was done by his brother. If he himself would have made a visit to our home, he would have seen that it was not edged completely. He, with an attitude, said someone would be back out to finish the job. If he was positive that the work was done why would he need to send someone out to finish the job? We appreciated the fact that they were going to make it right however, we feel an apology was needed for having to deal with his rude manner. This fact was brought up to him in a letter and the bottom line ended up being, that they dropped us as customers after over a year of service instead of admitting that he was rude. Their loss, we were good customers that always paid our bill on time. What ever happened to good customer service?

As far as landscaping companies go I found them to be a bit more expensive than some of the other companies. With that said the work they do is first rate! I will continue to use there services.

With summer just around the corner I began looking for landscape design company here in west Michigan. As normal I startedmy search on the Internet looking at reviews of landscaping companies located here in the Grand Rapids area. One company that caught myeye was Legend Services, Inc. The pictures of their work shown on their website convinced me to give them a call to inquire about there design services. What I found in working with them was a staff of designers,consultants and installers that are professional, friendly, and courteous. I was given a list of work they had done in the West Michigan area and was able see some of it for myself first hand. I am very excited to have them put into effect the plan there landscape designers came up with. Some day people will drive by my home and be impressed by the work I had done!
