This is a nice place with friendly staff, wonderful products and a great atmosphere. It is a little on the pricer side and some off the stylists are booked up to 3 months in advance. Even if you book with a certain stylist, the may shift you to a different one. The products they carry are nice but very expensive. They are not consistent with their hours, they may close early if there is no appointments but that turns away walk in clients. This is like what could be considered a New York Cost Cutters. I've heard the owner only works 3 or 4 days a week and she is always booked. Its time to make a decision between, My Business or My Own Happiness. But like I said being booked 3 months in advance is making others go to other places. Maybe open like 5 or 6 slots every evening to make room for a more diverse client profile and more business, and then staying open til' to close. But overall; good salon, high priced, staff that doesn't tell you how your hair is, or how to get the style at home
