Dear Bro. & Sis. Gutierrez

The Blue Hill Church of Christ is writing to inform you, Bro. Roberto and Sis Carol Gutierrez
about your refusal to walk orderly in christian behavior (1st Timothy 3:15) by participating as
well as cooperating with Leadership decisions in the well-being of this congregation's spiritual
growth in walking by the same rule according to ( Hebrews 13:7, Hebrews 13:17; Philippians 3:16 2nd Peter 3:18).




Thus it is our humble duty and spiritual concern as Senior Minster along with the
membership of the Blue Hill Church of Christ, to exercise as well as execute the act of
withdrawing from you Bro. Roberto and Sis, Carol Gutierrez who showed no regard neither
desire to follow the tradition which received of us (2nd Thessalonians 3:6-16; 1st Corinthians
1 Corinthians 11:1; Romans 10:14).

Please be advised that we, (Blue Hill Church of Christ) will not have any Fellowship with you,
Bro. Roberto and Sis Carol Gutierrez until Blue Hill Church of Church is informed by your
change in action by repenting with golly sorrow which workrth repentance (2nd Corinthians
2 Corinthians 7:10). Surely by repentance and prayer this will put you back in good standard with the Lord and
his church. God blessed our efforts to save souls (James 5:19-20)

We are informing you that the majority of the members in the Blue Hill Church of Christ
meeting on November 6, 2016 agreed and decided that your own actions to stand outside in the
foyer, chair sitting in the foyer, threatening to use pepper spray on the usher or anyone that
placed their hands on you; (when you in fact were never threatened nor would we engage in such
behavior). It is not in line with unified church worship which takes place in the auditorium with
the other Christians, but in fact is against God's Standard of truth (John 8:31-32; Acts 2:41-47;
Ephesians 4:1-6; John 4:24; Matthew 18:20; Acts 20:7).

Also be advised that yo will not be allowed to come inside the church building to stand in the
foyer as you have been doing. if your intentions are to come and repent, and to get back into a
working relationship with God, and to worship in the auditorium along with the rest of the
congregation, then you are welcome to come in. if this not your intention, our ushers will
inform you at the front door that you will not be permitted to enter. Should there be any
resistance to the usher's instructions; law enforcement will be notified to assist.
