Actually, we have to have them return because they don't deal adequately with the roach and termite problems in the house. I am very concerned that we are wasting time and money with them when we should be looking for another company

It's a noticeable difference. I appreciate the time your tech. spent helping me understand the difference between your products and what I had been buying. Your services are affordable, timely, and most importantly they work. This says a lot considering I have 7 in house pets and two teen boys. Much Appreciation!!!

Bug Works Termite and Pest Control Affordable Price: When compared to four other termite companies: Bug Off Pest Control, Terminix, Bug B Gone, and Pest Lab, and Orkin, that inspected my home, this company offered an affordable price for their products and services Customer Service Satisfaction: When compared to the other termite companies the companys staff were the most polite and knowledgeable and willing to assist and answer all my questions. Excellent Product: Company used Termindor, which is the best product in the market to get rid of subterranean termites. They also utilized the newest technology that turns the termidor into foam that inevitably saved my tile. Other companies who did not have the new foam technology were going to have to drill into the tile and in my home and the cost was substantially more than the companies who utilized the foam. Superior Service: Inspection and Treatments were thorough and professional through the whole process Great Warranty: 2 year warranty for subterranean termites while other wanted to only offer 1 yr.
