I think their awesome. When I need a tow Ernie comes to get me no matter where I'm. He come one night after hours to change a tire for me. Their honest guys, they listen to whatever the problem I'm having is. I never feel I'm being over charged, the do great work and stand behind it. We have 3 vehicles and take everyone of them tere.

I brought in a 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 stock.

I bought a lift kit from JC Whitney and 33" tires from Tire Rack.

Phil put in a whole 8 hours installing these on my new baby.

He took the time to show the troubles encounter from the old rusty parts, etc.

It was done and picked up next day. In addition, the cost was about 1/2 of the price other places do the same work.



If B&B can handle my complex suspension lift kit, etc, I will trust them with my brakes, tune ups, etc..

I would have to say, B & B automotive is got to be the most trusted place in mchenry for me. I am somewhat mechanical inclined but due to my health, i cant be crawling around lately in my driveway or garage. I have witnessed my brother alot and my friends going there and the price has always been fair and the work is done cleanly. I have seen overpriced places around mchenry all the time. This business appears to be clean. The main workers are very skilled and inclined. I have asked difficult questions to only get the correct answer and not the typical.... oh you need to replace... this is bad... oh that dont look good... what u say?! ... Im not going to say this business is an god amongst others, but if your new in mchenry or need an mechanic that you can trust, these guys even negotiate the price sometimes if you get to know them well. I am very happy that i finally found an mechanic i can drop my car off and walk away till its done. Thanks for the service and work guys, Jon stepp
