I am loving the fact that JC Penny does the free kids cuts on Sundays. I have 5 kids and to get all of the hair cuts needed is very costly. With your help, my kids no longer wait until they look like scraggly ragamuffins to get a hair cut. They now look like little gentlemen! Thank you so much for offering this service. And the ladies are always very nice and give good cuts. I don't come out complaining that it looks like a bowl cut.
