I brought in 6 large crates of stuff that I needed to ship to Washington DC and these guys were fantastic! Not only was my stuff boxed and ready to ship within a few hours but they did a fantastic job packing it. Additionally they priced both Fed Ex and USPS prices to get me the best deal. Several of the crates that I had them pack to ship were crates of pottery and everything was packed very well. Not a single thing broke in shipping. I can't recommend these guys enough. This is a family owned business and it shows in the quality of care and customer service. Prices were reasonable and service was top notch! When I got home to DC all my stuff was waiting for me. My only constructive feedback for this business is that the peanuts that they used were a mix of dissolvable/biodegradable and styrofoam and I would have preferred to have all biodegradable peanuts. I would trust my belongings to them any day and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Mac Pack and Ship!
