Total Health was established in 1970 by Dr. Daisy Hawkins. Total Health now exists under the ownership of her daughter Cheryl Hawkins. Under Cheryl's guidance Total Health has emerged as a premiere nutritional consulting and natural health center is Central Pennsylvania. Our goal is to provide the highest quality supplements, nutrients, and cleansing regiments that work together to assist the body to operate at its optimal level.
