I was shopping around for a towing company, and while I didn't end up needing one I have to say that Heidi's would have been the one I would have used. When I called in to get an estimate, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went so far as to give me the name of a reputable and trustworthy mechanic that was far closer than my initial one. He told me, "I don't get anything from giving you this recommendation, but I take my own personal vehicles to this guy... AND it would save you money on a tow." Had the problem with my car not ended up being resolved in the parking lot, I would have used Heidi's - they had incredible customer service and wonderful business ethic.

I was involved in an accident while on vacation. I didn't know any towing companies in the N.E. Ohio area so was nervous about trusting my new (wrecked) car to a stranger. After the trouper told me about Heidi's, I was put at ease. Gene from Heidi's showed up really fast and made me feel as comfortable as possible considering the crash and all. He stored my car inside, safe and dry, until my insurance company paid for the damage. I pray I am never again in a crash, but if I am, I won't hesitate to call Heidi's to help me. Very prompt service. I called and he responed he was currently on a call and would be to my location in about 30 minutes. It was only 20 minutes. Did a great hookup on my car and did not damage anything. Will use every time I need a tow.
