We purchased a 23-year-old home in early 2016 and loved everything about it but the odd and ugly fireplace, but we had no clue what changes could be made, where to turn. We chose fireplace type, style and materials; and Andrea and her team did the demolition and installation. One quote, one coordinator, good technicians, great end product. We love the results, and we enjoyed and appreciated working with Andrea Reedy. I would heartily recommend her and The Place to anyone needing to make changes to or wanting a new fireplace.

The Place has so many fireplaces, hot tubs and grills on displat that you will be able to find exactly what you want! Their show room is huge and packed full of beautiful products that can fit any budget. You will know exactly what you are getting and can actually see the fireplaces working... they even have a spa for you to try out!

I love "The Place", the store is layed out beautifully. Thier displays are great, you not only can see each item you are interested in but how it functions. The sales associates are extremely helpful and knowledgable. I purchased the "Classic Bay 1200 insert". It is so easy to operate! No more bringing in wet buggy wood for my fireplace. Fill the hopper with wood pellets and set the programmable thermostat. My insert gives warmth and beauty to my home. one very happy and warm customer!
