I booked a belated honeymoon to St. Lucia through World Knew Travel in Chicago,IL. We received all of our confimation numbers, hotel and flight vouchers, etc. Our trip was paid in full almost 2 months before our trip and everything seemed to be in order. Upon arriving to our hotel, the resort informed us that we had an outstanding balance of $1800 that was never paid to them from our agent. We were required to pay the balance before check-in, hoping that it was just a misunderstanding. Little did we know, our agent booked through an additional company who filed for bankrupcy a week before we went on our trip, they notified their travel agents - but no one notified us. World Knew Travel refused to refund our money, or help us in any way. It was over 2 months before our bank was able to get our refund from the bankrupted company. Not only did World Knew Travel ruin our honeymoon, but refused to make any efforts to resolve a situation that they put us in!
