      I have bought new cars there. All went well. Then I tried shopping there for used cars and quickly realized that their inventory does not get inspected or reconditioned. I drove a PT Cruiser with an obviously bad transmission. The salesman and a service adviser tried to convince me that the vibration was normal: that they all do that. Next a Suzuki Grand Vitara. The air conditioning was barely cool, not cold. Again I was told that it was normal. Cosmetic defects are hidden with short lasting 90 day fixes. The best thing at Gator is Marianne in the finance department. My advice: buy new but NEVER used at GATOR.

      Not very customer friendly, went there looking to buy a car and the salesman pointed me in the general direction and walked away.
