I have been a loan officer in NYC since 2001, licensed in both New York and New Jersey. From day one, my personal philosophy has been that the borrower is my client rather than my customer and that's a critical distinction for two reasons. First and foremost, when I take on a client, I have a responsibility to be a trusted advisor. The advice and information given serves one purpose and one purpose alone and that's to do what's in their best interest. Secondly, trusted advisors who help clients close complex, multi faceted and very expensive transactions should never be viewed as a commodity. Valuable advice, unparalleled service and an unwavering commitment to do right by the client are the driving force of this business and should be the critical factor in what makes a borrower choose their loan officer.I am a graduate of the State University New York at Albany with a bachelors degree in Political Science and History and I live in Woodbury, NY with my wife and 2 daughters.
