I have nothing but good things to say about All Better. Everyone there knows my two kids by name as soon as we walk in the door. The doctors, Dr. Folz and Dr. Welch are patient, approachable and really good at putting my daughters at ease.

I became a patient here because I needed help with an oversupply issue when I was breastfeeding my first born - it is the only practice with an MD who is also a lactation consultant! Once I came for breastfeeding help I stayed for the pediatrics.

Whenever one of my daughters has been sick we have always been seen the same day I called in and we are usually in and out the door in about an hour.

I WISH my own GP office was able to see me as quickly as All Better sees my kids :-)

Doctors are great. Ms. Bobbie does the practice a great disservice. She gave me medical advice over the phone (which was inconsistent with what the doctors had told me) was abrasive and seemed to be some sort of gate keeper to getting a lactation appt. When I finally spoke to the doctor she seemed happy to see us and thought she could help, not at all the impression giving by Ms. Bobbie.

Doctors are great, staff s are great except for Mrs. Bobbie ; She was the reason why I

stopped taking my child there. Mrs. Bobbie was very rude to me and disrespectfull a couple of times, I let past the first two times but the last time was enough!. I called because my child had a serious fall ; I was so worried and I did know what to do so I called all better pediatrics looking for an advice , Instead of helping me Msr Bobbie was very rude and disrespectful. I called hours later to make a complain; but I didnt even receive an apology or a call back . It is sad that the don’t take complains so serious.

My kids love going to the dr since switching over to All Better Pediatrics!! They love to see Ms. Bobby and LOVE the way the Dr.'s make them feel important and like a BIG DEAL! I am a "nervous" mom and they always make me feel like if an issue is importatnt to me...it's important!! Even if it may seem silly!! BEST DOCTORS EVER!

Great staff! Fabulous doctors! Realistic hours! We used a different pediatrician in the past and always felt like a "number", not here! My kids fake being sick just to go see Ms. Bobbie! We are very satisfied and will not be going anywhere else :)

The office staff, nurses, and doctors at All Better Pediatrics provide the best care for our children, who are 3 1/2 and 1-years-old. I have referred several friends to this practice and my kids are just 2 out of 10 kids in our extended family who have been going to All Better Pediatrics for the past 16 years. I highly recommend their practice.

I have three children under All Better Pediatrics’ care. Their ages are 7, 6, and 4. Throughout these seven years, - Wow, I can’t believe it has been so long, Dr. Folz and team have demonstrated excellent care to my children and me. I will never forget the general concern the entire team (Bobby especially) showed for my well being after the birth of my second daughter, Gabrielle. This was a particularly tough time for me since my Mom passed away when Gabrielle was just 2 months old. ABP always knew my particular situation and life event and took that into consideration. The associates (Bobby & others) always work diligently to schedule same day appointments. Everyone is very knowledgeable about medical common conditions in infants and children. The entire staff works hard to be as prompt with every appointment but at the same time will spend the necessary time with each child to determine an accurate diagnosis. My opinion is valued. Dr. Folz and team will suggest alternative non medical solutions when appropriate and is the first to recommend a specialist when needed. The entire team at All Better Pediatrics show genuine concern and requests necessary follow up. I feel extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful team of medical professionals watching out for my three precious children.

This is sad, but I have been rude to enough!!!

Dr Folz is nice and good with my kids, but watch out! Bobbi(i think that is her name) the older office manager is TERRIBLE

She is abrasive and rude. She is not a doctor or nurse but gives out medical advice that is incorrect. I know she has been there forever but why they would keep someone like that as the first contact with the patients and the public is beyond me.

Even though the Dr is good, I probably am going to switch pediatricians because I have had enough!!!
