Do not use Apria's automated phone system to place orders for supplies. They will not send you a bill letting you know how much your order costs. And they will take money out of your bank account which is against the law. I do not know if they do this in all cases . But apria will take part of the charges and will not let you know that you still owe money for your order, And will later take the rest of what they want . All this Apria does with out sending a bill letting you know how much your order cost. They claimed they had the right to withdraw money from my bank account because of the receipt I signed when I purchased my cpap machine. They still have to send you a bill before they withdraw a cent from your checking account. Today I am returning the supplies they sent me and getting a refund. I will never do business with apria again.
