      BRIDGES offers educational and workforce development programs for more than 10,000 adults and youth. Located in Memphis, Tenn., the organization s facility includes a training kitchen, outdoor amphitheater, boardroom, rock climbing wall, meeting spaces and computer laboratories. Its boardroom has audio conferencing capabilities with touch screen controls, projectors and wet bars. The organization s Bridge Builders program focuses on leadership, civic responsibility, human relations, public speaking and communication skills. The organization s workforce development arm provides employment services to more than 3,000 individuals annually. It also hosts career fairs throughout the year. Additionally, the organization operates a learning center that provides training exercises and activities related to leadership and professional development.
