Talked with Jason on a Friday about coming out and giving me an estimate on trimming three crepe myrtles. He said he would be in my area on sat and would come by. I waited all day,did not run any of the errands that I needed to and he did not call nor did he show up. This morning I called their office and spoke to his wife. I explained the situation to her and told her that I was not a happy camper,however I know stuff happens and I was willing to try again with them she informed me that she did not think he had told me he would come because they were having a birthday party for their son and that if I was unhappy I should find another tree service. I told her that her customer service skills were seriously lacking and hung up! These people advertise that they depend upon good customer service! I found the owner to be very courteous and his wife very rude. I would never call these people again.

Robinson Tree Service did a phenomenal job! Staff was professional, friendly, proficient and punctual. I received an estimate, and services were rendered the following week. They completed the job in a safe, yet timely manner, and ensured that my property was left clean. The work crew was very knowledgeable, and displayed an exceptional skill set. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job to be done right.

We had an Oak Tree that was 100ft tall and 40 Tons with a hidden split down the trunk that had rotted the inside out. There were 4 Homes that would have been taken out if we didn't get it cut down-Fast! Out of 6 estimates from other companies, Robinson Tree was the BEST! Jason is so helpful and gave us the best price, best service and clean up. They got to it the very next day and I am so happy we went with them. Excellent Company and I will refer to anyone!
