Highly recommend this company! I called about my heater and within a few hours they showed up and had it up and running again. Very courteous and professional. Office staff was very helpful and the technician was knowledgeable and did a great job!!!

Jason Vines, Jason's Air-Tex technician, is our hero- twice over. A couple of years ago, our aging AC went out. It was Saturday of July 4th weekend and we had company. It was over 100 degrees. The company we used for years sent out a technician who lied told us it could not be repaired, and we had to go without AC for 4 days (at least) before a new unit could be installed. We had pets and company, a nightmare. We called Air-Tex randomly, and they sent Mr. Vines within the hour, and who had the AC fixed and running in about 15 minutes. We are eternally grateful. More recently, our thermostat broke on a 90-degree Sunday. Mr. Vines came within 45 minutes of our distress call to Jason's Air-Tex, and had the repair made in minutes (it was a malfunction due to another company's shoddy installation of a new furnace a ways back. Jason's Air-Tex clearly has its emphasis on the right values- honesty and helping the customer as a way to maintain loyalty. Thank you Jason Vines, for your expertise, skill, and honesty.
