Anthony F. Dimola is amazing! I came to Town East Ford Dealership Hysterical from systematic transmission problems unwarranted. They addressed the problem at no cost to me. I was reassured that all would work out and I received that confirmation! The entire party involved in this was amazing. Anthony F. Dimola who is the director of the operation is an amazing person! Thank you very much sir for caring for my safety and resolving this issues at once. There are not enough stars to give.

My husband and I found out we’re pregnant, so we decided to trade in his car for a truck he wanted.

First, when we went into the dealership to negotiate the truck he liked, the salespeople got into a semi-angry discussion over who was going to take the sale - it was extremely unprofessional, not to mention uncomfortable.

Second, when it came time to finalize the details, we were visited by one of the gentleman from the finance department. This was normal, I know. What wasn't normal is the way he went through each item of our credit one by one, making little comments such as, "Oh the banks don't like to see that," or whispering confidentially, "So, what happened here?" Like most people, we knew our credit wasn't great, but having someone sit down like you're a toddler and list every mistake you'd ever made was embarrassing and left us both agitated and ready to leave.

Third, we were upside down on our trade. We knew we would be, but it kept the payment out of our range and we didn't want to go higher. We decided it could wait. In order to save the sale, the "finance" guy decided we should KEEP the vehicle we had ($650/month) and simply buy the new one as an addition instead of a replacement - adding another $650 a month payment to our bills. So, I asked him how having a $1,300 a month vehicle bill would be better than going over our +/- $600 budget? He said that we wouldn't have the other payment if we sold the other car. "Exactly," I said, "if. The only guarantee is that we will have two payments due next month, and every month until the other car sells - if it sells.”

Fourth, the finance guy said that the answer to our problems was to trade in BOTH of our vehicles and get two new vehicles! This is, without a doubt, the WORST advice I've ever gotten. I told him as much, and he asked my why. I said, “Because I’ll have my car paid off in two years (which he knew) and you’re telling me that because I’m ‘probably’ upside down in my car, that I should hide the negative equity in a new one that I’ll be paying for four years after I would have paid mine off. And besides, I’ll only be upside down if I actually sell it – when the actual sale is realized.” The guy just stared at me blankly.

Fifth, when I (we) had enough, we asked for our keys back (to the trade). He kept asking us to put more and more down and wouldn’t give us our keys. My husband was about to throttle him and I was ready to scream. The man was ridiculous. He absolutely destroyed any possibility of us ever buying a vehicle from there.

I have a very hard time believing the positive comments I read on this site. They’re so generic that it made me wonder if the dealership employees weren't adding them...?

Outstanding!

I was overall satisfied with the salesmen at your facility especially A J Luna. He was our direct contact as soon as we entered the ground. He cares and he helped us get the car of our dream without any pressure. Afterwards, Derrick , the financial genius helped me to pick what was the best packet for my family in securing the car and my family future while we possessed the car . It was a very good experience at Town East Ford. Thanks!

Bad place to go

I called this dealership before going in to check if they still had the car I was looking for, they person that answered was a manager and he said they still had the car and come on out to look at it. I had a 45 minute drive to the dealership and when I got there I asked about the car to the first salesperson, he went to his boss with the name that was given to me on the phone and he came back and was asking me why I wanted this certain car and what other cars I would want to look at. I thought it was fishy and they held me up for about 20-30 minutes screwing around taking down my info.

The manager then came and shook my hand and said this other salesperson would help me out so then the first sales guy walked me out to the lot to where I thought they would have the car. He then walks around with us in the parking lot and shows me a totally different car and asks if I would like that instead... he then walks around more and then finally tells us that he can't find the car.

It was a HUGE waste of time and no one was straight with me up until the end and I wasted all of my gas coming there to be lied to TWICE.

They then tried to sell me a mustang, knowing I was trying to get a fuel efficient car.

Their ad for the car is STILL on autotrader.com knowing that it's sold, they keep the ad up to keep people coming in.

This was the second time in my day that a ford dealership had posted an ad online then had sold the car and left the ad up for days possibly weeks after the car was gone then lied about having it in after calling.

Lesson learned, never dealing with ford again!

great service, very satifised!

Bought a 2010 Ford Fusion from Town East Ford during Labor Day weekend! They were pretty busy, flooded with customers, so I was expecting horrible service but I was wrong! They have enough workers to assist each and every customer, which was great! I was pretty impressed! So friendly and professional for a dealership. My coworker did a great job referring me to this place!

My new 2010 Taurus!!!

OMG have you seen the 2010 Taurus... it is absolutely a remarkable car! We made the trip down to Town East Ford in Mesquite to see what all the talk was about. We feel we received an overall excellent purchase experience there. Our sales persons name was Arthur Wright and was a big help through the entire process. I give them a score of 100%! We will recommend them to our friends and relatives as a great place to purchase a Ford car or truck. Appreciate the hard work and hope to see them soon.
