- quoted $1,650 labor to polish four granite pieces, install sinks, (cut 2 holes) then install & $1,400 labor kitchen floor tiling (replace 6 tiles, install few tile odds/ends another contractor didn't finish).

- ALL materials by me

- He committed to Friday for everything

- He returned hours later advised "just a little more" for kitchen floor....and now bathroom plumbing he'd charge $90 per vanity

- emailed prices $1k+ higher than verbal prices which were higher than contract prices & left off several work details they were doing

- I complied

- His guys never showed up

- Thursday they showed at 11:14am

- Friday morning no bathroom vanities, he says "this afternoon install, plumbing tomorrow".

- I cut him loose as fabrication hadn't started

- Saturday he insisted to install granite or pay in full (fabricated AFTER told twice not to).

- Finally I shut off this guy after unwarranted, escalating, prices & beligerent tactics..not to mention unauthorized charges on my credit card
