Last year, I was new to the higher level video arena, but the salespeople were patient, extremely informative and very helpful. I am so happy with my equipment. However, what separates good from great is when equipment falters. One of my Sonys had a focus problem still under warranty (it happens). But Pro Audio/Video took great care of me and my equipment. They safely packaged my camera up for me, sent it to Sony, and then upon its return, sent it to me at no charge for any of it!!! That is great service and as a result of all they done for me and my business, they have my complete customer loyalty.
