Founded in 1998, Taverna OPA Restaurants is a chain of eateries that provides a gathering place for guests to celebrate good, simple food, drinks and music with family and friends. Based in Miami Beach, Fla., it is an authentic Greek restaurant offering a boutique, with an on-line shopping facility. The restaurant features a range of products other than food, which includes T-shirts, women's baby tees, wood goudis, ice buckets, shot glasses and gift certificates. Taverna OPA Restaurants organizes parties for group events, corporate events, family gatherings, birthdays, bachelor parties and cocktail receptions. It caters from a group of six onwards, with a family style menu served on large platters along with Roasted Lemon Potatoes, Rice Pilaf and Yiayia's Veggies.
