Was I so glad your technician came a little early - after he cleaned the stained carpeting in 3 rooms, he had time to clean the tile floors in the kitchen. What a HUGE difference! And I do mean huge! I thought all the dark little spots were just part of the natural stone - no way - it was dirt and the turbo cleaning with steam got it looking new again. We will be using you yearly - or sooner with our two little ones!
