I am in charge with the maintenance of one high-rise building in Manhattan (Park Ave) and I also have to take care of the gym facility on the premises. Many technicians came over to take care of the fitness equipment but nobody like people from VASA. Andrei was always in time, explained and solved the problems in a timely manner. We’ve recently purchased a Bowflex max trainer M7. Initially I intended to put it together by myself but I was overwhelmed by all the screws I had to deal with. Even if I assembled some of the furniture in our house before, this time I had to admit to my wife that she couldn’t rely on my “technical expertise”. A friend of us recommended Andrei as the right technician to help us put together the machine. Indeed he is the right technician as he was very dedicated, could accommodate us right away, was very punctual, pleasant to talk to (gave us lots of pertinent advice) and above all, all the screws disappeared right away.

I just bought an elliptical and couldn’t wait to be delivered. Unfortunately the guys who delivered and assembled the machine did a lousy job. A lot of screws were misplaced and they left me with a useless and broken elliptical. I called Andrei and he had to disassemble and reassemble the machine. Now it’s working great and I will never let anybody else touch my elliptical.

My incline trainer just died; my wife was so unhappy and so miserable. Through a friend of mine, I managed to get in touch with Andrei from VASA-NY. He helped me put my life back on track: he fixed the incliner. He was very knowledgeable and fast with all this process. My wife is happy now and my life less miserable. Thank you so much.
