      Flatbread is a wonderful local restaurant , one of only a couple I would recommend highly in the area. Simple but terrific pizza and salad menu, creative and consistent food products, and the service staff are great. Its a place for the family, for the adults, and everybody inbetween.

      Ok, the pizza --ah, flatbread --is good, but anything is good after waiting 3 hours for a table. We have been here twice --hoping the first time was a fluke but unfortunately, not. The service was hurried and impersonal because of course they want you in and out. The host staff was down right rude and uncaring about us wanting a different table even though there were several empty one around us. Needless to say we will not be back third time because pizza, ah flatbread, is not worth the abuse.

      Located in the historic Marble Works district, our front yard features a view of the Otter Creek falls while our back court yard offers dining by the fire circle. An old marble processing plant, our interior has marble walls and high ceilings. We have an open kitchen and the main attraction is our primitive wood-fired oven where we bake your flatbread before your very eyes! Weekly chef's specials highlight the seasonal bounty of our local farmers.
