An hour and a half to repair a nail in a tire we did not buy the special rotation package so we were made to wait. Can't believe the poor service. They said it would be done in ten minutes

Sounds like employees should stop submitting reviews on their own place of employment to bump ratings. I was charged for tire disposal and valve stem despite the fact that I brought in a bare rim with a TPMS. Also had a friend who was charged for a four wheel alignment without asking for one.

Someone obviously doesn't know the benefit of a four wheel alignment or understand anything about studs or lugs. I think you should put your time somewhere else instead of bashing a company that is looking out for your safety. Stop being cheap and realize parts break and they need to be replaced, that's why they make replacement parts! Town fair in middletown in TERRIFIC and Im looking forward to doing a lot more business there, the salesman I was working with was great, Aaron was very knowledgeable and make the experience perfect.. 10 stars!!!

No they turn ppl away with damaged studs because they didn't create the damage and they don't want to be responsible for weakening the bolts further, which can cause bigger problems such as a wheel falling off and your car crashing which can cause a hefty law suit and possibly a loss of life.. if you were one of those customers you'd stop being cheap and actually get the suds replaced like they tell you instead of putting them back on.. ignorant fool

Don't believer everything they tell you. Check with another repair shop before paying for an alignment. I had one done 12 days earlier and when I purchased 4 tires they told me "all four wheels were out of whack". I took the car back to the place I had them aligned and was shown the computer screen and explained that the front was fine and the back was out so little it could not be adjusted and would not affect tire wear.

Price is good, HOWEVER, they try to sell you more than you need. Don't believe them when they tell you that you need a four wheel alignment. They told me, "all four wheels are way out of whack". They even showed me a computer printout, which I did not understand. I had all 4 aligned 12 days prior. I took the car back to the previous place. They put the car on the lift and showed me the computer screen as the car was on the lift. They showed and explained the front was fine and the back was out so minor that it could not be adjusted and there was no chance of tire wear being affected. They also mentioned that Town Fair in Middletown sent cars away after having broken lug bolts or told customers they could not tighten lug nuts for fear of stripping them only to have customers tighten the nuts themselves. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this place.
