Came to turn on the sprinkler system, but was not prepared to complete the job. Finally, after waiting 3 weeks for my next appointment to make the repairs and having to take the day off from work, the day finally arrived and they were a no show.



I'm extremely disappointed in R&S Landscaping and would not recommend them nor ever use them again.

Do NOT recommend. I called them for a spring clean up and maintenance for while we would be away for a couple weeks When I first called I was pleased that they sent someone over to give me an estimate right away. The guy was friendly and it seemed like they were going to do everything we wanted. We came home and everything looked good but when we got the bill they had charged us for two extra lawn cuts that we didn't ask for (we specified just two). I called several times over the course of a week before I was able to get a hold of someone. He stated that since they had actually cut the lawn they couldn't reimburse me for both, but they did do one. Then I asked them to come and cut the lawn three times since we were going to be away again. When we came home the second time the lawn had not been cut at all the whole time we were gone. It was so overgrown it was embarrassing! Also, they promised that the weeds wouldn't grown back for three months because they were treating the beds. It's only been a month and a half and the weeds are back in full force.
