It doesn't get any easier, when a customer calls and gives you the stock number to pull from another dealership you call them back and ask when will you be able to pick it up? I suppose we all have our off days, but they lost the sale to another dealership as a result of it.
I drive from Hampton, VA to Midlothian, VA (approx 75 miles) to is have my BMW serviced at Richmond BMW. That alone is a testament to the service and professionalism of this dealership.
