I have been coming to this cleaners for 3 years. I am very satisfied with this business. The people are very friendly and all of them SPEAK ENGLISH! I have had one mix up with them, but they straightened it out and I was on my way.

I have been coming to this cleaners for 3 years and I am very satified with their service. I have had one mix up while using them, but they straightened everything out and I was happy. The staff are very friendly and SPEAK ENGLISH! They are happy to help you out with any spots or spills. I love their 'In before 10, out by 4' service. They went up in the last year to $2.29, but you still cannot beat the price and my clothes come out looking great!

This cleaners is the best cleaners ever. The employees were very courteous and very friendly. It is very affordable and the quality of the work is excellent. I highly recommend this cleaners.!!!!

I took my dress jacket in on April 14th and they have lost it. The manager will not call me back -I have been to the store four times trying to get either my jacket or money for a new one. No luck yet. I would rate them at the bottom of any cleaners I have ever used. This is not professional behavior...it is thievery. He said that he just couldn't find it and shrugged and smiled. I smiled and said that he could replace it then....He got busy...looking through things on his desk, saying...I promise I will call you...this has happened each time. I did not ask for him to replace until the third visit. At this point I am so disgusted that I believe that I will go to Kinko's and hand out flyers to his customers letting them know his business practices.

I don't usually use these cleaners, which is why I forgot that I had dropped off 2 pairs of pants there about 6 months ago. Last week, I got a phone call from a barely understandable employee informing me that they have my pants and will donate them to charity if I don't come in to claim them. Because the man was not understandable and because he left no phone number, I ended up calling around to all of the cleaners in Midlothian to figure out which one he had called from. Finally, I called Seville and when I asked if they had my pants, the employee hung up on my. When I called back over the following hour, she refused to answer the phone. This is absolutely horrible service. I will NEVER use them again.
