Oct. 2, 2012 a Silver Fox bus left Westfield, Ma for NYC and it was the most upsetting trip I have ever taken because the driver left Westfield knowing the bus compressor was not working. We had NO circulating air therefore neither did the driver. On the way back not anyone could see out the front window including the bus driver. I sat in the 3rd seat behind the driver, aisle side. He kept wiping the window with his hand the hostess gave him a kleenix. The #2 driver who then took over before Hartford because our first driver said he had too many hours on his log and could not continue driving. We were all at peril and not being able to see out the front window spoiled the trip never mind I have grounds for sueing your company. I am very dissatisfied and will let the Westfield Senior Bus Tour know also. What can you do about this? The driver was a nice man but was irrresponsible leaving Millbury in the first place KNOWING THE COMPRESSOR was not working.
